SGA utilises a risk-based, decision-making process in support of our WHS system and we are continuously reviewing the advice provided by the Australian Government and State Government health departments and actively taking measures to minimise risks to our staff and clients. This includes introducing a number of additional precautionary measures across our company, such as:
Asking our employees to stay at home if they are feeling unwell and to seek medical advice and self-quarantine if they develop symptoms consistent with those of COVID-19.
Implementation of enhanced hygiene and cleaning measures throughout all of our offices.
Restrictions on visiting the workplace if an employee has travelled to a high-risk country.
Refreshing ourselves on proper hygiene procedures.
Relying on virtual communication where possible.
Flexible working where possible.
We would also like to confirm our ongoing commitment to support the continued operation of our client’s critical assets. Many of our clients have already utilised SGA to test their Disaster Recovery and Remote Access Systems, which has enabled the verification of their business continuity and therefore has provided assurance to their leadership teams.
